Therapy
I provide individual and couple therapy in English for adults, both in person and online.
A therapy session is a time and space that is yours, the use of which is determined by your evolving needs and wants. Whether it be to verbalise your thoughts and feelings in order to gain clarity, or to address a specific concern, my hope is that therapy empowers you to access your individual sense of agency so that you can live your life intentionally, purposefully and with vitality.
In this way, I aim to create an environment that contains openness, honesty and warmth where you can feel at ease raising all things that matter to you.
Issues I work with include :
Feelings of disconnection, from self and/or others
Low mood and depression
Anxiety and panic
Stress and burnout
Loss and grief
Feelings of stuckness or difficulties making decisions
Navigating life transitions
Physical health conditions such as chronic diseases, adjustment to and management of the psychological impact of diagnosis and treatment
Relationship and sexual issues
The first session
The first session is a chance for you to see if our fit with one another feels right for you, and for me to get an understanding of what you would like from your time in therapy. Often a stronger predictor of success in therapy is the therapist-client connection rather than the model employed, and so trying out a few different therapists to see whose approach and style resonates with you best can be useful. Pricing
Sessions are 50 minutes.
The cost per session is 120 euros.
